Capital goes into Morpho USDC vaults on Ethereum, Base, HyperEVM, and Monad. Cross-chain hops use Circle CCTP so the asset stays native USDC.

Supported chain universe

Lagoon never supplies Morpho Blue in-market. Cross-chain hops land in Morpho vaults on the destination chain.

Why CCTP

Cross-chain hops stay native USDC:
  1. User claim asset = USDC
  2. Cross-chain hops = Circle CCTP (burn USDC on source, mint USDC on destination)
  3. Destination deployment = Morpho USDC vault on that chain

Chain-aware deployment

Murmurr does not treat the chain list as frozen. When a new chain offers:
  • Morpho USDC vault liquidity deep enough for our size,
  • Risk coverage that clears policy floors,
  • Operational readiness (RPC, CCTP, Safe / roles, monitoring),
the product can add a sleeve and rotate toward it. Mono sleeves (WHYPE, aHYPER) still use a Morpho vault wrapper so Lagoon can enter/exit the whole unit.

What LPs experience

You still deposit and redeem USDC on the Lagoon vault (Ethereum). Cross-chain rotation is an operator / policy concern - not a manual bridge chore for each LP. Redemptions may require pulling liquidity back (including CCTP return hops) so the Ethereum vault can pay USDC.
